Naked Celebrities

No pics people, just quotes. I saw these over at Hot Momma Drama and thought they were interesting.

Eva Longoria says she loves to play naked air hockey. The Desperate Housewife explained that she and boyfriend Tony Parker have a nudity penalty for whoever loses their air hockey games. “I had to run around the outside of the house naked,” she said.

Tom Hanks: “Usually, when I’m in a hotel room, I strip down naked and walk around on the patio. That’s as close as I can get to a feeling of anonymity and power.”

Jennifer Lopez (pre-Marc Anthony): “I grew up walking ’round naked in my house. My mom was like that, and my sisters. My father worked nights and slept during the day, so we had no one to hide from. Now I’ll be sitting at the breakfast table and everyone’s dressed except me. All the people around me are either girls or they’re gay, so it doesn’t matter.”

Colin Farrell: “I can be found in my apartment dancing naked, I like ’80s disco.”

Alyssa Milano: “I garden topless. I’ll be in my garden, you know, just being natural.”

Britney Spears: “My family, we walked around the house naked. By the time I was 13, my dad was like, ‘Uh, Britney, it’s time to start covering yourself up.’ I’m very free like that.”

Am I the only one who finds this gross? I'm all for being naked (as long as it's not me), but gardening topless? That can't be true. I'm a lights-off in the bedroom kinda girl and I am not comfortable being naked in general. I won't even undress in front of my mom or sister. Sad, but true!

When I gave birth, my mom and my sister were in the delivery room with me (hubby was there too) and instead of thinking, "what a miracle," I was thinking, "gee, I wonder what my *flower* looks like?" Okay, not really, but it did enter my mind afterwards. Anyhoo ....

Yeah. Well. She has big fake boobies - so maybe bras are uncomfy for her or something.

Me. I don't do anything topless even more.

Um, the whole family walking around naked is just not right!!!

And, quite frankly, I don't think I want to sit round the breakfast table with naked people either! ;-)

Ya the family nakedness is not me. There is a part of me, however, that wishes I had a better body image or sense of freedom that I could dance around the house naked ... when no one is at home or could see me of course.

I wouldn't sit around a table naked but I occassionally do walk through our home naked looking for some clothes to put on. However, I will walk around in panties & a t-shirt with the hubs & kids. No one else will ever see me naked though.

Yuck. Please erase the images now stuck in my head. I used to run around naked while getting ready in the mornings BEFORE I had kids. Everyone in my family covers up. It's called modesty, people.

I think it's weird, but I had a friend in highschool that always walked around in her bra and undies. In front of her dad and bro and everything! She also would always leave the bathroom door open, so you walk past and there she'd be putting in a tampon like it was normal to do that in front of people!!! I'm a lights off kinda girl also. where is the paparazzi when all these people are running aroung naked?

We used to take more time getting dressed in the morning before we had Cordy. Now Aaron puts on pants right when he gets out of bed, and I generally put on at least an oversized t-shirt and stretch pants. (I also always wear underwear to bed now).

We're not as free with nudity as we used to be. But I have been known to sneak downstairs in just undies when I forget something before bed.

Gardening topless? Not for me. Besides, think of the bad places that could burn. Ouch.

I'm all for walking around naked at home, but not infront of family. ESPECIALLY my father. Britney's quote is just...creepy.

Yurrrgghhh.... especially to the Britney comment. 13? WTF? Oh, hell no.
And yeah, that whole uncomfortable memory you have post-baby: "Everybody was staring at my hoo-ha. Yuk."
LMAO!!!

Are they kidding? I don't even undress in front of The Hubster, but only because I'm ashamed of how much weight I've gained. Or because I'm hoping to stall the inevitable "Let's spend a little time together." *wink, wink*

hehe well we are not naked people but I get why some people do it....my toddler loves it!

I'm with you! Though I do get a kick out of what a delight it is whenever my toddler strips down and races around the house screaming, "NAAAAAAAAAAKED!" Maybe if I had a cute little butt like her I'd feel the same way. :-)

Well being naked isn't something that really bothers me all that much. Not that I would walk around outside that way or garden topless but I do undress in front of my hubby, my mom, sister and even Little Man from time to time.

We are a pretty open family...I'm not sure what it will be like when Girlie Girlie grows up but at the moment daddy being naked in front of her is far from a big deal.

If it was socially acceptable I would probably walk around naked all the time. I just hate clothes. I can't wait until we buy our house in the country so I can lay out/swim naked.

HOWEVER -- I wouldn't do this if I knew people other than The Hubby and I were around. I'm very self-conscious (especially post-baby), so it's definately an indoors-only or secluded activity for me.

This post reminds me of a Sienfield episode wheere he has a girlfriend that likes to be in the nude a lot. There is good naked and bad naked. I think eathing breakfast naked would be a bad naked.

I had to stop undressing in front of my toddler when he blurted out "Oh wow!" when I took my bra off. That just creeped me out and also made me laugh.

Uh, yeah, that's totally weird. About Britney I mean. I'm also very modest and don't like walking around in the nude. I don't think there's anything wrong with people who do, but that's just not my style. I prefer to be clothed more often than not.

Way too much gravity around to be naked in the house. Way too much.
