J hasn't been sleeping well lately. She's been sick with a cold and pink eye - yuck! Well, she must have gotten up early and laid down in the hallway in front of her room. I gotta give her credit though because our rule is don't go downstairs without mommy and she didn't. Poor thing must have fallen asleep waiting for my lazy ass to get up!

Awwww... that's one sweet girl. There's no WAY my daughter would ever do that. I was woken up at 6:30 yesterday morning with her yanking on my hair beside my bed and when I finally opened my eyes, I heard, "Mommy, can we go downstairs? Will you make me cheesesticks?" Sleeping outside my bedroom just isn't an option for her.

My son used to fall asleep in a little corner outside our door. Whenever I found him there I felt a mixture of guilt and awe. Thankfully, he outgrew it. Now he just crawls in bed with us instead. ;)

When I was sick as a child I used to love sleeping on the bathroom floor. That was the only place I liked to sleep for even a cold!
